Completed in 2021, the Business Wings Gallery in Rajkot redefines the architectural language of commercial and co-working environments in Tier-2 cities. Envisioned as a progressive business hub, the structure combines minimalist elegance with high-efficiency planning — a built reflection of Rajkot’s emerging entrepreneurial spirit. HIFAB’s expertise in facade execution played a pivotal role in shaping the gallery’s bold visual identity.
The architectural concept revolves around symmetry, clarity, and rhythm. Set along a major arterial road, the building’s frontage maximizes exposure while preserving internal comfort. The facade — composed of sleek aluminum profiles, high-performance glass, and vertical shading fins — was engineered for thermal control and urban appeal. Its clean geometry and strong vertical lines convey both ambition and structure, aligning with the brand identity of forward-thinking enterprises.
The building’s rectilinear frame anchors the site with confidence, while its finely detailed facade adds nuance and texture. The lower floors house a curated mix of retail and exhibition spaces, animated by large-format glazing that invites visibility and engagement from street level.
Above, the facade reveals a disciplined rhythm — alternating solids and voids, recessed balconies, and solar fins — all crafted with exacting detail. The use of sustainable cladding materials and integrated drainage systems speaks to the building’s functional integrity and long-term resilience. Each element is designed not just for form, but for performance.
The Business Wings Gallery has swiftly emerged as a commercial landmark in Rajkot, reflecting the city’s shift towards innovation-led growth. Its distinctive facade and thoughtfully zoned interior have made it a preferred destination for new-age businesses and investors alike.
